I’ve been laying low for a few months, waiting to see how things pan out, thinking about what family sessions might be like this year. Then I got a request from this family for a front porch session before they move to a new house. It was a great change of pace for me and the perfect super-mini session.
These photos were all taken in 10 minutes from 20-25 feet away. It was a great way for us all to feel safe and still get some photos for the family to remember their home.
Both kids showed their personalities a bit with their individual photos.
And some of that older sister, younger brother relationship coming out in this one.
I even snagged one with the dog in the window. He couldn’t join us for the photos so I was glad to see him sneak into this shot.
It was a beautiful morning to take photos for this family to remember their home. I can’t wait to see the new house next!
